The Atoning is a genre of horror movies from the United States that in 2017, directed by Michael Williams. This film is the second film after OzLan which in 2014. The film is located in West Point, Mississippi.
Synopsis
Two parents try to protect their young child from the dark secret that can destroy their family. Vera, Ray and Sam are members of a family who live in apparently haunted homes, where no one can leave the house. as the story progresses, Vera and Ray conceal a secret from their son Sam.
Sam suspects his parents are planning to divorce, but it seems the secret is hidden much worse than what Sam imagined their son. visible human visions regularly manifest themselves in the rmah while guiding the family away. The objects around the house move by themselves without any touching and the maianan puzzles appear to be gathering themselves
One day the family, Vera, Ray and Sam, were shocked to see the sightings sitting in the living room, with their mobile phone trying to contact the spirit. In unexpected tweets, the ritual revealed that Vera, Ray and Sam were ghosts who could not leave their homes, for they are all dead and those who dwell in their homes are none other than their own spirits.
Then the family was startled by the demons who started terrorizing them to reveal the secrets behind all this that resulted in their previous death. and it turns out the one who killed Vera and Sam was Ray because Ray was having an affair and was drunk with a 16 year old girl. Dia then committed suicide. the devil takes Ray away. Vera and Sam were finally able to leave the house by opening the front door that she could not open before.
